As you may well be aware, Junior Doctors in England are staging industrial action on 20th, 21st, 22nd December 2023.
As a committed training practice, junior doctors here at Bodmin Road Health Centre form an integral part of our workforce.
As such, industrial action will have a significant impact on the service we are able to offer the week of the 18th of December 2023 inclusive.
We therefore respectfully request that during these dates, our patients:
- Contact the surgery only for urgent medical problems that cannot wait until the following week.
- Avoid contacting to discuss routine test results during this week.
- Understand that we will have less capacity for GP appointment during this week.
