Subha – Clinical Pharmacist

Subha is a clinical pharmacist who worked as a community pharmacist before joining the practice in January 2021. She supports GPs in improving the quality of care and ensuring patient safety. You will probably speak to her when your medication reviews are due or if you have recently been discharged from hospital.
