Complaints and compliments

We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We encourage our patients to raise issues or suggestions so that we may learn and improve our services. If you do wish to make a complaint, please write to our practice manager, or any of the doctors, and we will do our best to provide you with a quick and thorough response which answers your concerns properly.
